GBRQ: Get Big Real Quick

Two gyms with cardio machines, strength equipment and free weights. The rooftop gym is for guests only and never closes. The compound gym is also open to members.

The rooftop comes alive after sunset: kebabs, banku and grilled tilapia, jollof, cold drinks and the match on the big screen. A place to network, or to watch the plateaus go dark.

Swimming, weight training and tennis, free with any reservation. Ask ahead so we can set a time.

Community 25 Run Club

Saturdays at 6AM. We start with a stretch at the pool, then run the plateaus together. Register once and you are in.

Open to non-guests? Meeting point? Who receives registrations?

By registering, I confirm I am fit to take part and accept that running carries a risk of injury. I release Chateau de Mikael and the run club organisers from liability for injury, loss or damage, except where caused by their negligence.

I consent to photos taken during runs being used on Chateau de Mikael channels.

Prices are set in cedis and charged monthly in US dollars at the day's rate; your price stays the same once you join. Pause or cancel any time from Your account. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
