Chateau de Mikael is a fully furnished apartment building on the plateaus of Community 25, Tema, in the Greater Accra region. Seven one-bedroom suites share a retail shop, a pool, two gyms, a rooftop lounge, laundry and a tennis court, inside a gated compound with security around the clock.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in from 3:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 AM.

Is airport pickup included?

Yes, we collect you from Kotoka International Airport (ACC) and drop you back. Price: free. Add your flight number when you book.

How do I get there by train?

The train station is within five minutes of the building.

Can I bring my pet?

Trained pets are welcome in every suite. The pet fee is charged once per stay: US$125 for one pet, US$200 for two or more.

How does the security deposit work?

A US$70 deposit is taken with payment. After you check out, our staff inspect the suite and refund the deposit to the card you paid with within 3 days. If anything is damaged, part of the deposit may be kept to cover it, and we'll email you the reason.

What if I need to cancel?

With cancellation protection (US$24.99), there is no fee. Without it, cancelling for a qualifying reason such as illness or travel disruption is free; otherwise a US$60 fee applies.

Can I change my dates?

Yes, from your account or the link in your confirmation email. We show the price difference before you confirm.

Can I pay with mobile money?

All bookings are made on this website and paid by card.

Can non-guests use the gym, pool or courts?

Yes, with a membership. They are open to members from 6AM to 6PM.

Are lessons free for guests?

Yes. Swimming, weight training and tennis lessons are free with any reservation. Ask ahead so we can set a time.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book with just your email address. Create an account if you want your booking history in one place.
